How long will it take to ship my order?
Fast and Reliable Shipping:
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the USA. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Phases Hawaii purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please email phaseshi@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the exchange, and our team will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange.
Please note that we offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
6-Month Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Phases Hawaii item becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, we’ll replace it at no charge.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
Repairs & Replacements
If you experience an issue with your item, please email phaseshi@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps for a repair or replacement when applicable. For approved warranty claims, Phases Hawaii will cover any required return shipping costs.
